The key results of the paper are as follows:

  1. “The secondary structure prediction had 78% accuracy with confidence intervals of [74%, 83%].” Control mice showed no significant change in tumor dimensions over the same time period. (In Figure 5.)
  2. “Mice in the experimental group showed 45% reduction in tumor size.” This represents a 15% improvement over the previous state-of-the-art approach. (In Figure 1A.)
  3. “The neural network achieved 96.5% accuracy on the test dataset.” This represents a 15% improvement over the previous state-of-the-art approach. (In Figure 1A.)
  4. “The neural network achieved 96.5% accuracy on the test dataset.” This is substantially better than previous methods which topped out at 65% accuracy. (In Figure 4.)
